How do I order photos?
Step ONE: Opt into our text messaging system. Text the code: POPPINS to the number 90738. This registers you in our system. We cannot take your dancer’s photo until this is done.
Step TWO: Purchase advance pay credits ($35 and up) if desired but not required. This purchase and redemption of your credits at picture ordering time will give you $5 OFF YOUR ORDER. Don’t miss out on these savings.
How does advance pay credit work?
AP credits are like purchasing a gift card for yourself. When you purchase the credits on or before picture day and redeem your credits (aka- cash in your gift card) at ordering time, a discount of $5 will be applied to your order. And don’t worry…when photo ordering time comes, you can always order more, if desired.
Can I still order photos without the advance pay credits?
Yes, you can, but you will not receive the $5 discount. If you know you are ordering photos it’s a great deal to purchase your credits on or before picture day to get $5 off.
When can I place my order?
You will receive a text on or before May 7th letting you know your dancer’s photos are ready. This is when you can apply your advance pay credits and / or make a purchase. You can do this from the ease of your phone.
Are there retakes or refunds?
Due to the custom nature of photography, there are no retakes, make-up dates, or refunds. We are confident you will love your dancer’s photos. When making your purchase the customer understands and agrees to our policy.
When and how will I receive my photos?
Your printed photos will be delivered to your home. The arrival of photos will depend on the shipping option you select at check out. We aim for the quickest photo processing time possible. However, we can not guarantee shipping times. See shipping options at check out.

Photos will be taken on Sunday, April 27th. Please see studio staff for your specific shoot time. Please have your dancer come hair and makeup ready for their photos.
