What will I receive from picture day?
You will be receiving a complimentary 8 x 10 memory mate from the Solano Flag Football League. This photo sheet consists of a team photo and small individual photo. These will be distributed to coaches by your last game on December 19th.
Can I order more photos than just the complimentary memory mate?
Of course! And most of our families want to order more. It’s that time of year to think about Christmas presents. We’ve got you covered from prints, to water bottles, to blankets, all highlighting your athlete’s photo. (see price sheet)
How do I order photos?
Step ONE: Opt into our text messaging system. Text the word: SOLANO to the number 90738. This registers you in our system. We cannot take your athlete’s photo until this is done.
Step TWO: Purchase advance pay credits ($35 and up) if desired. This purchase and redemption of your credits at picture ordering time will give you free shipping. Don’t miss out on these savings.
How does advance pay credit work?
AP credits are like purchasing a gift card for yourself. When you purchase the credits on or before picture day and redeem your credits (aka- cash in your gift card) at ordering time you will receive free shipping. You will receive a free shipping code via text when you purchase your credits. Save this code for check out when it’s time to order. The minimum advance pay credit purchase is $35. And don’t worry…come ordering time, if you want to purchase more than your advance pay credits, you totally can!
Can I still order photos without the advance pay credits?
Yes, you can, but you will not receive the free shipping offer. Most of our families know they will be ordering photos, so it’s a great deal to purchase your credits on or before picture day to take advantage of the free shipping.
When can I place my order?
You will receive a text on or before December 8th letting you know your athlete’s photo is ready. This is when you can apply your advance pay credits and / or make a purchase.
Are there retakes or refunds?
Unfortunately due to the custom nature of photography, there are no retakes, make-up dates, or refunds. We are confident you will love your athlete’s photos. When making your purchase the customer understands and agrees to our policy.
When and how will I receive my photos?
Your photos will be delivered to your home. Arrival of photos will depend on the shipping option you select at check out. We aim for the quickest photo processing time possible for Xmas delivery. However, we can not guarantee shipping times. See shipping options at check out for the best option for your photo delivery.

When is my athlete’s photo date / time?
Photos will be taken on Monday and Tuesday evenings, November 29th and 30th starting at 5:20pm. Check with your coach on your team’s specific photo time. Please only come in for photos at your team’s scheduled photo appointment time. Thank you!
